"Financial Capability and Poverty" Discussion Paper

This paper prepared by Social and Enterprise Development Innovations (SEDI) as part of the project, "New Approaches for Addressing Poverty and Exclusion," defines financial literacy and financial capability. It then goes on to describe financial capability initiatives in the United Kingdom, and financial literacy initiatives in the United States and Canada.
